How it's made

  1. Cutting

    Hide selected; outer hand from buffalo grain leather cut to size pattern.

  2. Reinforce & detail

    Sew on palm.

  3. Stitching

    Keystone thumb set, panels and fourchettes sewn and the glove closed.

    C

  4. Cuff & edge

    Finish the wrist; bind the edge with shirred elastic cuff with hem.

  5. Finish & inspect

    Trim threads, shape, pair, inspect and pack.

Quality checks

  • Leather thickness within tolerance (gauge check on every cut lot)
  • No holes, scars or thin spots on palm and fingertips
  • Stitch density as approved; no skipped, open or loose seams
  • Reinforcements placed and sewn as sample
  • Cuff attached square; binding covers the edge fully
  • Size label and hand measurements match the size chart
  • Left / right pairs matched for colour and size
