How it's made

  1. Cutting

    Hide selected; outer hand from sheep grain leather cut to size pattern.

  2. Stitching

    Panels and fourchettes sewn and the glove closed.

  3. Cuff & edge

    Attach elastic cuff with hook-and-loop fastening (Velcro); bind the edge with extended cuff with hem.

  4. Finish & inspect

    Trim threads, shape, pair, inspect and pack.

Quality checks

  • Leather thickness within tolerance (gauge check on every cut lot)
  • No holes, scars or thin spots on palm and fingertips
  • Stitch density as approved; no skipped, open or loose seams
  • Cuff attached square; binding covers the edge fully
  • Hook-and-loop closure aligned and gripping firmly
  • Material certificate for Velcro from the supplier
  • Size label and hand measurements match the size chart
  • Left / right pairs matched for colour and size
