How it's made

  1. Cutting

    Hide selected; palm from sheep grain leather cut to size pattern.

  2. Secondary panels

    Back from cotton fleece fabric.

  3. Stitching

    Wing thumb set, panels and fourchettes sewn and the glove closed.

  4. Cuff & edge

    Attach elastic cuff with hook-and-loop fastening (Velcro).

  5. Finish & inspect

    Trim threads, shape, pair, inspect and pack.

  • No holes, scars or thin spots on palm and fingertips
  • Fabric / synthetic shade matches the approved colour standard
  • Stitch density as approved; no skipped, open or loose seams

  • Material certificate for Velcro from the supplier
  • Size label and hand measurements match the size chart
  • Left / right pairs matched for colour and size
