How it's made

  1. Cutting

    Palm from synthetic leather (Amara) cut to size pattern.

    Back from laminated spandex with injected TPR.

    Nomex fabric lining cut and fixed inside the shell.

  4. Reinforce & detail

    Print silicone printing; insert EVA foam.

    Panels and fourchettes sewn and the glove closed.

  6. Finish & inspect

    Trim threads, shape, pair, inspect and pack.
