How it's made

  1. Cutting

    Hide selected; palm from goat grain leather cut to size pattern.

    Back from spandex with injected TPR.

    Kevlar lining cut and fixed inside the shell.

    Keystone thumb set, panels and fourchettes sewn and the glove closed.

    Finish the wrist; bind the edge with elastic cuff with yellow hem.

    Trim threads, shape, pair, inspect and pack.

  • No holes, scars or thin spots on palm and fingertips
  • Fabric / synthetic shade matches the approved colour standard
  • Stitch density as approved; no skipped, open or loose seams
  • Lining fully attached; no bunching at fingertips
  • Cuff attached square; binding covers the edge fully
  • Material certificate for Kevlar from the supplier
  • Size label and hand measurements match the size chart
  • Left / right pairs matched for colour and size
