    Edges finished, hardware checked, inspected and packed.

Quality checks

  • Leather thickness within tolerance (gauge check on every cut lot)
  • No holes, scars or thin spots on the main panels
  • Stitch density as approved; no skipped, open or loose seams
  • Straps, buckles and rivets secure; pockets square and reinforced at corners
  • Material certificate for Kevlar from the supplier
  • Overall length and width match the approved sample
