How it's made

  1. Cutting

    Palm from synthetic leather (Amara) cut to size pattern.

    Back from laminated spandex.

    Spectra lining cut and fixed inside the shell.

  4. Reinforce & detail

    Sew on Kevlar grip reinforcement; fix injected TPR.

    Panels and fourchettes sewn and the glove closed.

  6. Cuff & edge

    Attach neoprene with hook-and-loop strap.

    Trim threads, shape, pair, inspect and pack.

  • Material certificate for Kevlar, Spectra, Amara from the supplier
  • Size label and hand measurements match the size chart
