How it's made

    Palm from synthetic leather (Amara) cut to size pattern.

    Print silicone printing; sew on Kevlar grip reinforcement.

    Panels and fourchettes sewn and the glove closed.

    Attach neoprene with puller.

    Trim threads, shape, pair, inspect and pack.

  • Stitch density as approved; no skipped, open or loose seams
  • Reinforcements and knuckle strip placed and sewn as sample
  • Overlays, prints and pads fully bonded; no lifting or smearing

  • Material certificate for Kevlar, Amara from the supplier
  • Size label and hand measurements match the size chart
