How it's made

  1. Cutting

    Hide selected; palm from cow split leather cut to size pattern.

  2. Lining

    Kevlar lining cut and fixed inside the shell.

  3. Stitching

    Panels and fourchettes sewn and the glove closed.

  4. Cuff & edge

    Attach Kevlar fabric.

  5. Finish & inspect

    Trim threads, shape, pair, inspect and pack.

Quality checks

  • Leather thickness within tolerance (gauge check on every cut lot)
  • No holes, scars or thin spots on palm and fingertips
  • Stitch density as approved; no skipped, open or loose seams
  • Lining fully attached; no bunching at fingertips
  • Cuff attached square; binding covers the edge fully
  • Material certificate for Kevlar from the supplier
  • Size label and hand measurements match the size chart
  • Left / right pairs matched for colour and size

  • A Palm: hide / grade, thickness (mm), finish
  • B Back & cuff: construction, cuff length (cm)
  • C Lining: fibre, weight (gsm), coverage
