How it's made

  1. Cutting

    Palm from synthetic leather (Amara) cut to size pattern.

  2. Secondary panels

    Back from laminated spandex.

  3. Reinforce & detail

    Sew on Kevlar grip material.

  4. Stitching

    Panels and fourchettes sewn and the glove closed.

  5. Cuff & edge

    Finish the wrist; bind the edge with shirred elastic cuff with PU hem.

  6. Finish & inspect

    Trim threads, shape, pair, inspect and pack.
